YBFIT Training Ltd is a Central YMCA Approved Training Provider offering first class courses and qualifications for the Health and Fitness Industry. We are members of The Fitness Industry Association (FIA) so are bound by their Code of Practice.

The qualifications that we provide are set by the most highly valued, most widely recognised and the longest standing awarding body in the industry.

Our Courses

Our courses are accredited by Central YMCA Qualifications (CYQ), the official accreditation unit for the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA) and our courses are also recognised and endorsed by The Register of Exercise Professional (REPs) which means that qualifications are accepted internationally.

CYQ Qualifications sit on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) and are approved through the government via Ofqual and the Sector Skills Council (Skills Active)

Courses are delivered through various modes, direct learning, and distant learning. We strive to be flexible so that you can take your theory or practical assessment when you feel you are ready.

Students have the support of an online tutor and online learning resources. We also deliver work-based learning qualifications, National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ’s) so that you can earn money and still gain your qualifications.

In- house / Corporate

We deliver in-house tailor made flexible training for your staff. If you have a group of staff that require either learning through workshops, CPD training or full qualifications, we can come to you which cut’s out the cost of travel expenses.
