This
qualification is for the Fitness Professional who would like to be able to teach a range of specialist exercises and offer advice to clients on
a 1-1 basis.
This is a challenging course that brings a rewarding career in the Fitness Industry.
You will be able to work along with GP's and Hospitals who refer clients with low risk medical conditions and assist them on the road to recovery.
The course is delivered via blended learning, a combination of class room, practical and distance learning.

Anatomy and physiology (Via E Learning)
How to programme safe and effective exercise for a range
of clients.
The
skills and knowledge required to plan and prepare a gym-based exercise
programme with apparently healthy adults - both individuals and
groups. This may include young people in the 14-16 age range, provided
they are part of a larger adult group.
