You may want to specialise in teaching group exercise classes for pregnant women or new mums, teach in the gym or increase your confidence in prescribing safe and effective exercises on a one- one basis. Often women who are expecting or new mums attend classes or gym sessions and will need specific exercises. You need to have the knowledge to adapt your exercise to suit all your clients.
This course will ensure you have the expertise and confidence to give advice and adapt exercises. You will become a skilfull and knowledgeable Instructor.

You should already hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
