The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) have receives many applications from individuals  with qualifications, training or experience that is not recognised as meeting nationally agreed standards, these may include:

• International qualifications
• Older qualifications
• Years of experience but no formal qualification
• Univeristy graduates

YBFIT Training are working along with REPs to give individuals the opportunity to gain certification and a route for entry onto the REPs register.

This route can be achieved through the process of APA and APL (accreditation of prior Achievement or prior learning and/or experience)

What happens next:

• Once you contact us a tutor will discusss your requirements
• Once you have made a decision you will need to complete an online application form and will be required to make a deposit or full payment.
  
• We will arrange an initial assessment/interview with a tutor to assess your current skills, knowledge and qualifications. You will need to provide proof or evidence of experience, prior learning and achievment that covers all the learning outcomes
  
• If training or assessment is identified you will receive training resources (if required)
• An assessment date or further training days will be planned and agreed.

Cost:

Level 2 Certificate in Gym, Exercise to Music or Aqua (£200.00)

Level 3 Certificate in Advanced Fitness Instructing (£250.00)

Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (£ 500.00)

The above amount includes:

• Initial Assessment/interview with your tutor
• Assessment planning
• Assessment day
• Assessor
• Internal Verifier
  
• Registration with the Awarding Body
• Awarding Body Certification
  

If extra training days and/or  training resources are required, extra costs will apply, this will be agreed at the time of your initial assessment
